We at Cimplex Marketing Group, Inc. collect information from general public to conduct research. We assure that individuals' identification and privacy are carefully managed within our organization and will not be shared or sold to a third party unless a consent is confirmed. Profiles of research applicants and participants; including but not limited to age, gender, race and marital status, may be used for analysis and shared with parties directly related to research. Some of the survey platforms offer features powered by artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. We assure that collected information remains private and is not used to train their AI models.

We use online meeting platforms to conduct interviews and discussions online and verify their compliance with privacy laws and regulations including but not limited to the GDPR and CCPA. Some of the meeting platforms offer features powered by AI technologies. We assure that collected information remains private and is not used to train their AI models.

In-Person Study

We use research facilities to conduct in-person research including focus group discussions, individual interviews and product tests. Such facilities reserve the right to verify identification of research participants for safety reasons. The facilities may record interview sessions in audio and video for documenting purpose upon our request. We assure that collected information remains private.
